Setting up "windows managed systems"

When I go to Deploy-->Firmware,Drivers

there are no items in the subsequent menu
there is the up arrow and down arrow...... but no items

I am following alog with the suggetions to install/configure SSH

If you are using IE 7, Lower the security settings or add the HP SIM url address to local Intranet to lower the security setttings. Then you should be able to get the sub-menus
