topic ASR Help Needed in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

We have had to Windows 2003 servers report ASR's in the IML log after a phantom reboot. There are no other logs in the IML nor suspect windows event logs. I read the HP Support Document "Benefits of Installing And Running the HP ASM Driver And Agnets on ProLiant Servers" and it seems that these symptoms are most closely related to the "Lockout" condition. How do we know for sure what caused the ASR? As it stands, it seems to be a false positive!
