topic OS not identified in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I am new to SIM so I suspect this is just a configuration issue - but it's got the better of me.

When identifying the system (working with one to start with) no OS information is retrieved. On the data collection report the inventory is pubulated but the OS information isn't. How is this table populated?

The server is running RedHat Linux ES4.

Trying to run the "Configure and Repair Agents" errors on retrieving the OS. The various Agents listed on Systems page for the Server seem to be fine. VCA has a blue ? as I don't have a VCRM configured.
