      <title>HP SIM - error sending emails</title>

      <description>Hi Guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully someone can give me an answer on this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed HP Systems Insight Manager 5 on a server. I've configured all the settings and user accounts, and set up email notification.&lt;BR /&gt;However, none of my traps result in emails being sent.&lt;BR /&gt;Instead, I get the following error when viewing the task result:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sending failed. Could not connect to SMTP host: Server_Name, port: 25. java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: connect. Check E-mail settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked all the settings, both in Exchange and the server, and they're correct. I have verified that the user account can send and receive emails.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Craig</description>
