Wrong serials detected in HPSIM

Hp detect someone servers with wrong serial number and others d'ont exist the option Serial number. What happend?

Hi,

Check the whether Insight Management agents are installed correctly and configured for HP SIM data collection via SNMP with correct community string. I don't see any IP address for the discovered system.

Also, if the mother board has been replaced on any of these, you will have to set up the serial number in the BIOS.

I think that sometimes the motherboard was change or perhaps another thing.

And yes, finally I will have to set up the serial number in the BIOS.
