adding SSH user

Hi,

the following does not work for me:

For a local account: mkpasswd -l -u login >> C:\Program Files\OpenSSH\etc\passwd
where login is the login name of the execute-as user.

I receive the following error:

mkpasswd: A domain name is only accepted when '-d' is given

The problem is i am not trying to add a domain account, its a local administrator account! it is almost like it doesn't accept the -l switch.

any ideas?
