    <description>In fact, I see the correct health status on my insight management console so I guess the snmp trap is sent correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is that I don't get any email.&lt;BR /&gt;The even I created is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Events: severity is Major&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the other side, when a server reboots, another automatic event set up as&lt;BR /&gt;"event type is Systems Insight Manager Events and type name is System is unreachable&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;works and I receive an email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't find the way to set up my Systems Insight Manager (C.05.01.00.02) so it sends e-mail when there's a minor or major health status on a server...Or maybe it's just not possible as it's not considered as an event ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Eric</description>

      <description>Go to Options, events, automatic event handling, new task.  Select the name of the task and click next. For the collection, select use event attributes that I will specify and click next.  Now you can specify the level of severity (minor, major) for your alerts.  THen just finish the wizard.</description>

      <description>Thanks but I've tried that. It doesn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;I have servers with major health status and the automatic event I created doesn't detect anything.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a special setup needed on the servers/agents ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Eric.</description>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;Check your SNMP settings , that's where the problem most likely is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unreachable events that you receive come from the status poll ( ping ).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I think the SNMP setting is ok. Otherwise I wouldn't get the right health status on my insight management console</description>
