      <description>Not directly no, but there's an alternative approach to do the same thing I use where we need some specially formatted e-mails that we pass on to our call handling system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rather than e-mail you can call a custom command. I use a perl script. HPSIM passes a number of variables across, you can use the variables to format your own message and then get the script to use a mailer like Blat to send the e-mail.</description>
