I have some devices that are not identifying right so I tried to create a rule. I have two different models that come up with the same system identifier when I scan from system. This is a problem because it is the same type of device but is not the same model. Guess I am not completely understanding the rules. Rather than doing a rule would it be better to use the System properties to enter the type, model, os, etc.. Will that corrupt the database? Or should two rules be created and if so how would you do that with it having the same identifier. Hope this makes sense.
