    <description>Two things are required before the VCA/VCRM function works. One is the trust between HPSIM and client server and then the credentials to the VCRM itself need to be configured.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As has been mentioned before sometimes the trust Cert gets corrupted, try deleting and reimporting from the HPSIM page. Once the trust is working rerun the SW Polling task.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the "System" page of several servers, when I select "Software Status", I received this error message : Be sure that a trust relationship exists between the HP Systems Insight Manager and Version Control Agent on the target system&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the Security settings of these servers (through "Health Status" link) :&lt;BR /&gt;Secure Trust Modes &amp;gt; Trust by Certificate &amp;gt; Trusted certificate : Server Insight&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On others servers, no problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help</description>
