Upgrading to HP SIM 5.2

Hello.

I try to upgrade from HP SIM 5.1 SP1 to HP SIM 5.2

I get to the point where I provide the database info.
I use the same user as previous installation, but the installer tell's me that the database credentials are not valid.

How Do I recover from this ??

I have exactly the same problem, not a lot of help I know, but I'm good to know I'm not the only person with the problem.
I do have one question what SQL version and SP do you have installed?

Hello.

I tried the solution, but I still get the same error.

The database is on another server than HP SIM is running.

Do I have to make som changes to the DB server also ??
