Is it possible to set up some kind of automatic email reporting when SIM discovers something critically wrong with one of our servers?

At the moment i have it set up so that when i go on there it shows on the home page if there is anything wrong, but this means i have to go on there regally.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Marco Baldanza

Option - Events - automatic event handling - New task - just be carefull what do you chose if you don't want to be floated with mails :-) one option is to chose in description of events :
You can chose according event severity, or if you chose event type, there is brighter choice with fantastic option: Look under system inside manager events: "System is reachable" "system is unreachable" cool
