    <description>Can you please give the version numbers for:&lt;BR /&gt;SMH&lt;BR /&gt;VCA&lt;BR /&gt;VCRM&lt;BR /&gt;HPSIM&lt;BR /&gt;Windows&lt;BR /&gt;PSPs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this just when you try to view the VCA page or is there a deployment/upgrade involved in this error?  Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>When I try to view the Version Control Agent page on several of our servers I am getting this error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Internal Error:&lt;BR /&gt;An error occurred while formatting the page for display.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The log file reads:&lt;BR /&gt;An error occurred while parsing XML data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Entry Details &lt;BR /&gt;Severity  Error  &lt;BR /&gt;Task ID vc_agent_task &lt;BR /&gt;Date / Time 3/3/2008 4:36:55 PM &lt;BR /&gt;Message An error occurred while parsing XML data. &lt;BR /&gt;Additional Data &lt;BR /&gt;XSLTTransform::applyTransform - SAX Exception!&lt;BR /&gt;File: C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent\xsl.en\inventory.xsl&lt;BR /&gt;Line: 1&lt;BR /&gt;Col: 1&lt;BR /&gt;Msg: Invalid document structure &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This happening on 30 out of 120 servers. All various models and HPSIM agent versions. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S. This happened after using the new HPSIM to replicate VCAgent settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help!@</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'am having the same problem (on HP SIM 5.2)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It occurs after a "Software Status Polling task" has ran.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to restart the "Version Control Agent" on the servers to fix this error, but the next time the task will run, the VC Agent will generate this error again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if you find a solution</description>

      <description>The only way we are able to fix this error is by manually uninstalling the VCAgent and re-installing the latest version 2.1.10.800.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This does not fix the software status icon in HPSIM 5.2 console though.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Just another update...Switched back to using "Trust All" then used HPSIM 5.2 to Deploy / Deploy Drivers, Firmware and Agents / Install Software and Firmware / then installed latest version control agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now all servers are reporting correctly in HPSIM. So is this just an issue with the "Trust by Certificate" or something else???</description>

      <description>Thats not a workarround if you got about 250 managed win/linux servers in your HPSIM environment. (reinstalling VCA en and reinserting the trusted certificated) I think this is a BUG in hpsim 5.2, this has to be resolved with an Hotfix.&lt;BR /&gt;Tjebbew</description>

Installing the latest version of the VCA seemed to have fixed my issues.</description>

      <description>Same problem here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have 3 HP SIM servers, about 2000 nodes in them. 1 SIM server updated to 5.2.&lt;BR /&gt;That one is having problems with managed nodes accessing the VCR. At first no problems. But after one day I tried to add 3 new nodes. That worked perfectly but no green sign in column SW.&lt;BR /&gt;Rebooted the server. After that accessing VC-agent gave message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Internal Error: An error occurred while formatting the page for display.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems to be some security issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Had that before when implementing PSP7.40.&lt;BR /&gt;PSP7.41 corrected that. The issue that time was that de Management HomePage didn't provide the trust voor VC-agent anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;Problem/symptoms seem the same?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any solution yet?  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Perry.</description>

      <description>FIXED!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I left for the weekend and now the trust seem to have reastiblished...&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps the update to 5.2 did cause the VCRM to start a maintanance in the background that did take quite some time?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only thing I had to do is to manually start a software polling task and all green sign in colomn SW were back giving directly access to the VC agents.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
