SIM 5.2 SSH Problems

HI ,
I've upgraded from SIM 5.1 to 5.2 .
Since then I'm experiencing problem with jobs.
For example I'm trying to reregister servers as VM hosts but the command fails with the following error

I've tried :
- configure repair agent ( no luck)
- mxagentconfig on the cms ( no luck )
- remove the server1 from cms , add it back , configure agent ..

nothing had effect on the issue
Has anyone an Idea on how to solve it ?
