Hi all,

I have just installed software essentials 6.0 standalone (without SIM) & am getting 'page cannot be displayed' error when trying to browse to https://<FQDN of="" localhost="">:50000
The doco doesn't seem to cover the standalone option very well, and I am wondering if it can work at all on its own ? I have checked the SE service has started & the iis service has stopped.
Thanks for your help
John</FQDN>

Thanks for your reply. The SIM service isn't listed in my services at all, under HP or SIM. Do I need to install something else ?
John
