I want to enable automatic updates, but always get "Error: unable to connect." when I click Finish. I've seen another thread here that said this was a proxy issue, but we don't have a proxy server, so I've left the Set Proxy Server box empty. Is this right?

Yes, if you don't have a proxy server you can leave the box empty. Have you checked the VCRM log on what errors it produces?<BR />Maybe the firewall is blocking outgoing ftp connections as the VCRM updating is done via FTP.
