From the "Options" tab - select - "Events" - "Automatic Event Handling" - "E-mail Settings". Within this window you set your SMTP(Mail) server, originator email address and username/password if required.<BR /><BR />2. From the "Options" tab - select - "Events" - "Automatic Event Handling" - "Manage Tasks".
