Error then I start Remote Support Software Manager

"Could not retrieve packages data due to following:
The command .....runchannel.exe
https://isee-updates.americas.hp.com:443/.....
was written c:\......\request.txt
but was not processed after 120000 millisecond.
I have installed this last year , and want to update but I only get this error.
RSSM is very very very slow.

Any Ideers?

Are you running this at the console of the server or through an RDP (Terminal Services) session?

I run it with console, not rdp.
