SIM Automatic Event Handling - HTTP Status 500

When I try to create a new task I keep getting the attached error after the select systems step. I'm running SIM 5.1 on a Win 2003 cluster. Any thoughts would appreciated.

It appears that the â TimeFilters" table in the SQL database was empty.

As a possible fix/workaround the following will add a task with a time filter. Issue the following command on the SIM server after creating the testtask.xml file.

The XML code should create the Out of Office2 time filter on your system.

mxtask -cf testtask.xml

Attach is the error message i get when i try to create a new task, after select actions it fails to get to the select Time filter With Http Status 500 error message. We are running SIM 5.2 on Win2003 virtual guest virtual/512MB

Any ideas/workaround welcome thanks

I am also having this problem with the TimeFilters table being empty.

Can anyone post the xml code to populate it with?
