topic Remote Support Pack in SIM in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

It seems that ProLiant xw460c Blade Workstation do not show up in the entiltement section of SIM so OSEM will not automatically log case for any issues that we have. The messages just end up as stalled in OSEM viewer. Whereas the Proliant servers seem to go through with no problems. I was under the impression that this would work with all proliant computers. Is this not the case?
