Remote Support Pack and install order

Hi!

I wonder if there is some kind of best install order of the products in Remote Support Pack.
I mean the different product included in RSP like OSEM, WEBES, ISEE and so on.

I started from the top and going down in the list.
After I tried to install WEBES I got a error message stated: failed(post-install)

HP SIM 5.2, Hotfix 1, Win Server 2003, Remote Support Pack 05.05.

What can this depend on??

Did you manage to fix this as I am having the same problem with the webes install.

Hi!

Unfortunately I havenÂ´t. Bur I saw that there is a new WEBES kit out now (5.2). I havenÂ´t tried it yet but i will soon.

Maybe that will fix it.
