One old server keeps being discovered and sends an alert every 4 minutes that it is offline. I deleted the server from the database but keeps getting re-discovered every night even though a discovery hasn't run. Also under Discovery are options where SIM will "discover" a device if it receives an snmp trap or similar from it. You can look at those options as well.
