    <description>try to search the  integration pack on SIM page.&lt;BR /&gt;Also bear in mind to set the environmental variable in old DOS style ( I mean path to the directory). Probablu it should help. I used to have the problem couple of month ago and if I'm not mistaken that was a solution&lt;BR /&gt;Bye</description>

      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;I am integrating Service desk 4.5 with SIM 5.0 version.But when i creat a custom command in SIM 5.0 and execute it,the following error has come:&lt;BR /&gt;"Environment variable SD_EVENTHOME not set".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But it exists on environment variables lists.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So can anybody help me to come out from this situation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Great points will be rewarded.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks &lt;BR /&gt;Ankit</description>
