I have separate event handling notification for minor, major, and critical events. However, each has one item in common - the email notification fails with the following error: "Sending failed; javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: [agency].gov, port: 25; Connection refused: connect" Any thoughts about why this might be failing? (I know from OpenView's SAN Manageent Appliance, there is an entry in the configuration that allows for login entry, but there isn't one for SIM. Couod this be an issue?)
