I followed the link, but I've not been able to find the Release notes. The links take me back to the infolibrary page, which doesn't seem to have any 5.2 SP2 notes.

I was just hoping to review any pre-requisites.

I downloaded it and have the documentation, but could not find anything that explicitely says "pre-requesites". Could you elaborate on specifically what you are looking for?

I want to upgrade from 05.02.00.00 (with hotfix) to 05.02.02.00 (if the download orders can be processed again).

Is possible to do an in-place upgrade? I read the documentation but it refers only to upgrade from previous versions.

I tried to perform an upgrade over an existing system - 5.2 SP1 on Win2003.
The install replaced several files in the SIM directory and then failed, claiming that the VCRM could not be reached. Funny! The VCRM was installed on the SIM machine and worked fine before and after the install.
I had to reinstall the SIM from scratch - not that I mind, it was a test system.
Make sure you backup the existing system and the DB before attempting to upgrade.

We did an in place upgrade with no problems.
We do a custom install as I don't use the remote support option.

I need upgrade sim 5.2 to sp2, can i download only SP2 or i have download the sim 5.2 sp2(full software 587mb) , when can i download this sp ???
