      <description>At a guess you've changed the password of the account HPSIM was installed with.&lt;BR /&gt;There are procedures documented in the Information Library (I think) on what you need to do to repair this. Try from &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/go/hpsim" target="_blank"&gt;www.hp.com/go/hpsim&lt;/A&gt; and follow the link to the library.</description>
