I have been getting an error message daily on my Critical Uncleared Events list as follows. I haven't been able to figure out what this is or how to stop it from coming up every day. Any ideas?? (btw, USCRNAS23 is the server that the Insight Manager is installed on):

This event is generated by VCRM's automatic update.

You must have scheduled VCRM automatic update by 3.00 AM every day, and VCRM is unable to download the catalogindex.xml file used for updating its repository online.

Go to VCRM server and check if you can download catalogindex.xml file from as in the failed URL, and also try to access ftp://ftp.hp.com & ftp://ftp.compaq.com, Check VCRM configration for automatic update.
