    <description>You might want to try reseating the fans if they're removable.&lt;BR /&gt;Something must be going on in the server to send the traps out.</description>

      <title>G3 Server keeps repeating same message</title>

      <description>We have a ML 370 G3 running HP Agents 7.1 and this morning it started repeating over and over the messages:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fan Removed&lt;BR /&gt;Fan Redundancy Failed&lt;BR /&gt;Fan Inserted&lt;BR /&gt;Fan Redundancy Restored&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When we look at the physical server or even at the agent we see no problems and the above alerts happen within seconds of each other.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We've rebooted but that did not help.  We've disabled monitoring for now but were wondering do we have a real problem or are these false alerts and if so how do we stop them?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TIA.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MJ</description>

      <description>I have the same issue on a DL380G3 - getting hundreds of errors escalated to SIM weekly for the last 8 months - the server is at a remote site in another country so inaccessible unless a costly Locally based Engineer is engaged. Firmware/Drivers are at the same level as our other DL380's.</description>
