    <description>Hiya,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know why the VC agents on some servers would revert to Status: Unknown - VC Agent Not Configured?&lt;BR /&gt;If I connect to the agent &amp;amp; reconfigure it, then do a software status poll it picks up fine but overnight it seems to lose it again.  Isn't really a major problem, but definately annoying =)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
