In cases where we cought a bulk license, I am having no trouble getting them in there and showing up. However, one year we bought many single licenses and when I try to collect the license info on these, I get the license info, and then get the following Response Status: An LM operation failure occurred. When I look in license manager, the information is not there. I had no problem with this using the older version of SIMS. I am using SIMS 5.2 SP2. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
