Hello,

I updated my HPSIM v5.2sp2 installation with upd801mib.zip to update the MIB.
Since then, all Disk Threshold alerts are missing the detailed information in the email body. They are replaced by a sentence: "No additional information was provided. The event or device was probably deleted."

What can I do to resolve this?

Did you ever get a response or fix for this as we're seeing similar.
The message subject indicates which threshold has been crossed, but the detail is missing from the message.
