I have two SIM environments and they both behave the same way. When I run a report and choose CSV it opens it in Internet Explorer instead of asking me to save it. How do I change this? I've tried it on multiple workstations and servers with the same results. thanks

Using another non-HP reporting tool I confirmed that my file association with CSV works correctly and the non-HP reporting tool does prompt me to save.

I found a workaround. Run the report as CSV. In IE do Save As. It will name the report, for example, RPT1235_CSV. When you save the file take out the '_' and replace it with a period so the report is RPT1235.csv. Don't worry about the file type below being HTML.
