    <title>topic hpsimsvc.exe in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/hpsimsvc-exe/m-p/3307046#M3602</link>
<description>When SIM ver. C.04.00.00 was recently installed, the person who installed it used their own Active Directory account as the account to start/login the HP Systems Insight Manger service. That person has left and the last time his account password expired and was reset, SIM stopped working. Now my question, Can I use the Local System account to start this service or are there hooks into the SQL Database that is hosted on a different server that would disallow the change?</description>
