I'm having the same issue with a Win2k3 machine. It's an upgrade from HPSIM 5.1 but after it completed, none of my systems were showing. I ran the first-time wizard, it finished the discovery and found all my systems but it won't show them in my systems list. I can't create any collections - whenever I try to click on "Customize" on the left window pane, I get "Cannot load customization page due to internal error" This is critical seeing as our monitoring is now broken. Please HELP!

Hi,

we freshly installed SIM as we had to do OS upgrade (RHEL to 5.3). The Discovery seemed to find all machines, but under Collections there is nothing, even the "All Systems" and "All Events" are missing. When I go on "customize", I get an error "cannot load customization page due to an internal error". Where could I check for the problem?

#1 the same machine as before, a Proliant DL380

#2 I wouldn't know which eventlog... it's a Redhat server, and the usual suspects like /var/log/messages don't say anything
