    <description>Go to Options, Events, SNMP Trap settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the MIB and the Trap name you wish to change.  Then you can change the severity.  I have done this with a few alerts.</description>

      <description>Latest version of SIM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am being sent critical alerts which I don not consider critical. How can I reclassify the event from Critical to minor or warning?</description>
