topic Unable to set Disk Thresholds in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I set a disk threshold task, however it continues to fail. 'Could not set the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request.' I am new to this mgmt software, but on the Systems Management page of the server i do not see Operating System, which I believe it why. How can I get this to show so my task will work?

Have you installed the HP Insight Management Agents? If not, install it and enable SNMP based monitoring. Also, make sure that the Trust Relationship is set between the SIM server and the managed node.
