Can you help even begint o troubleshoot these two event log errors on my SIM 5.3 server

I am experiencing something similar to your problem2, with message :
faulting application Radskman.exe, version 5.10.0.0, faulting module Radicall.dll, version 5.10.0.0, fault address 0x00003705
