They did not open corresponding UDP ports so I'm not sure if thats part of the problem. <BR /><BR />2301<BR />2381<BR />5988<BR />5989<BR />22<BR />161<BR />80<BR />ICMP Ping Discovery (not sure what port this is) <BR /><BR />I can see the servers on the other side of the firewall in SIM but they don't have any information about them. They show as Unmanaaged. I verifed the SNMP name and permissions and that SNMP is running. <BR /><BR />What I'm really concerned about is the ports themselves. I've read different forums saying which ports should be opened or not and right now I'm not certain.
