    <description>I was using HP SIM 5.0 previously, then I upgraded 5.0 to v5.30 four days ago. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the past several days, four differnt servers, namely BL460c, DL380/G5, etc. have "(SNMP) Remote Insight/ Integrated LightsOut Interface Error (9006)" logged in the HP SIM 5.3.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The full description is &lt;BR /&gt;"Event description: Remote Insight/ Integrated Lights-Out Interface Error.  The host OS has detected an error in the Remote Insight/ Integrated Lights-Out interface.  The firmware is not responding." &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have never come across this kind of error, but I can still access the iLO of those servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone came across similar problem?</description>

      <description>I'm having the same issue. I upgraded to SIM 5.3 on Thursday from 5.2. Today I have 3 servers with unresponsive iLO's. I am unable to reset the iLO from within the Systems management homepage.</description>

      <description>There is another discussion thread in the forumn, you may refer to &lt;A href="http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1313645" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1313645&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think it may be an unrecoginzed KNOWN issue of HP SIM 5.3.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;May HP recoginze it and provide fixing on HP SIM 5.3 side rather than ask your customers to upgrade iLO2 firmware version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
