      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;after updating to VC Agent 2.2.0.820 the Agent crash on serveral Servers if I enter the VC Agent Website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP SMH error_log says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Fri Feb 27 07:53:45 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: cgi, referer: https://localhost:2381/cgi-bin/vcagent/cgi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has someone the same problem, or any solution ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bye Nils</description>

      <description>Nils Kochem,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can you check system event viewer messages related to VCA crash, &amp;amp; also open vcagent.log [using notepad] under "C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent\"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what is the page displayed in browser? it is a "page not found" or "internal server error" or some other response?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thx for the replys.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@sandeep_raman: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Upgrade Path ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. It crashâ  s on 8 Servers, the other 41 are working well. Also it's not Model related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@Logapriyan:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;System Event Log says only:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The HP Version Control Agent service terminated unexpectedly.       <description>VCA is crashing when showing the UI, following are the possible problems &amp;amp; solutions that i can think of, try them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;issue 1:- Issue can be in Inventory data collected through discovery module present in VCA.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;solution 1:- Install HP agents (PSP) &amp;amp; SNMP is configured atleast with one valid community string&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;issue 2:- During installation few new files did not get installed properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Solution 2:- copy xsl,xsl.en &amp;amp; xsl.ja folders present inside "vcagent" folder from working system to one non-working server and restart VCA &amp;amp; try to browse</description>

      <description>I've installed this on 5 servers. 2 worked the first time I used VCA to install the updates, now all get this message and fail to load. The rest never worked at all.</description>

I found out that the HP VCA Service on the managed server stops when this error comes up. &lt;BR /&gt;Even trying to restarted doesn't help. &lt;BR /&gt;Take a look at the service when you try to access it and see if you have the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I downgraded VCA by copying the vcagent.exe file from a working machine's folder (C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent\) and the service starts fine and stays running, then the VCA webpage can be accessed without problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
