Updating Firmware in c-Class enclosure

In one of out c-Class enclosures, the firmware updates were a breeze with the virtual connect manager.

This second enclosure I'm dealing with however, doesn't seem to use / have that functionality.

It contains 6x "Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3020 for HP". Each of these has a console port on the back.

I dont have a laptop, and all systems surrounding the enclosure are just more enclosures.

What's the best / easiest way for me to get at these devices to upgrade their firmware (which hasn't been done since they were first purchased).

Is there some functionality with HPSIM that would do it?

Or a manner to use the enclosure link to get at the cisco's console port?
