    <description>Hello all,&lt;BR /&gt;     I'm running into a problem upgrading our current 5.0 installation to 5.3.  When the installer gets to the part where it is going to start the install of the SIM component, it generates an error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Runtime Error (at 308:823)&lt;BR /&gt;Out of String Range&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The server is running windows 2003 server std.  As I stated above we are currently running a 5.0 deployment on this.  All other updates from the sim pack have succeeded up until this point.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!</description>

      <description>Just an update on this problem - I think the initial problem was related to virusscan on the server.  That has been disabled, but the install now ends with a message stating the software package could not be installed with no specific data.  Event logs show nothing, regmon and filemon activity show nothing out of the ordinary either.  This is driving us nuts!  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.</description>
