      <title>HP System Home Page does not display information</title>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a HP BL460C that does not display all information in HP System Home Page.&lt;BR /&gt;When i log in to the application it only displays the system status summary but not all items (hardware) from the server (as you can see in attached file).&lt;BR /&gt;I already reinstall psp but the situation remains.&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help me.&lt;BR /&gt;LRP</description>

      <description>Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;I have already installed and configured the snmp feature, but the problem still remains.&lt;BR /&gt;i also checked that the machine system model is not listed and the current user is hpsmh_local_administrator (local access) and not the user used for logging.&lt;BR /&gt;Now, when i try to open the system home page, no credentials are requested.</description>

      <description>I had the same problem with Server 2008.  From the homepage, go into Settings to select the SMH data source.  It defaults to WBEM and I had to change it to SNMP.</description>

      <description>Hi, &lt;BR /&gt;Check the cpqsystemlog to see whether Insight management agent got installed in your server. This needs to be there along with SNMP to provide data. Otherwise WBEM has to be installed.</description>
