    <description>I've three server: for two of them SIM doesn't show product name.&lt;BR /&gt;I've done the identify system task and the response is:&lt;BR /&gt;Checking for SNMP support on system.&lt;BR /&gt;The system did not respond to SNMP, verify security settings and community strings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I've installed the snmp on windows 2003 server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can i resolve the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Fixed:&lt;BR /&gt;in the Global Credentials, I add in the SNMP credential the name that I found on the windows service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bye</description>
