HPSIM and Delayed Notification

Been testing HPSIM 4.1 for a while now and like it. Just wondering if anyone else out there has found a workaround for the following issue. In Insight Manager 5.5, there was an option to not generate a page/email until a server had been unavailable for a certain number of minutes. I have yet to find such an option in IM7, SIM4.0 or SIM4.1. This was a handy feature to keep from getting paged because an applicatioin team rebooted a server.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated,

Can you change your Hardware status polling to a longer time period?

Changing the interval was one of the first things I thought of also, however, problem still exist if a server is rebooted while the Hardware Status Polling query is running.
