    <description>hi i have a dl380 g5 and the System Management Homepage is showing &lt;BR /&gt;degraded status for Home -&amp;gt; System -&amp;gt; Management Processor.&lt;BR /&gt;It is showing degraded message for:&lt;BR /&gt;Integrated Lights Out 2 (iLO2) (Active).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have disabled the remote insight information agent from the control panel and nothing change please can anybody help me to solve this problem i really need a solution</description>

      <description>Have the agents been restarted?&lt;BR /&gt;If the sub-agent has been disabled then you shouldn't even see the ILO in the SMH display.</description>
