    <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've upgraded HPSIM 5.2 to HPSIM 5.3 wich have access to an Storage Apliance running Common View 6.02 (eva storage is running XCS 3.31-10) and I 've some problems to have these EVA in HPSIM.&lt;BR /&gt;Where can I find the pre-requisites or compatibility matrix ?  &lt;BR /&gt;Thanks &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Patrick</description>

      <description>I'm not sure where a compatibility matrix is but I would have thought this should work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried running wbemdisco to check it can get to CV?</description>

      <description>Does the WBEM administrator password match the one you put in the CIM running on the SMS? You need to set it on the SMS using cimauth. That's an exception for 6.02, from 7.x and up (I think) there's a trust relationship and no password is needed anymore. If I can make a suggestion, create a dedicated Windows user member of HP Storage Users, test that it can actually log into Command View, then add it to the CIM, and you won't have to use the administrator account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck</description>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Finally I have remove some  programs (CV6.02,HPSMI-s,HP pegasus) manually and installed again the CV6.02 .Now it works fine.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help &lt;BR /&gt;Patrick</description>
