Tonight I got an error from VCRM about copying catalog.xml from ftp.

I then tried to copy the file manually.

But when looking at the file at ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml it seems to be a 0-byte file?

Regards,
Ole Thomsen

same error over here.

The catalog file is indeed 0 bytes and the proxy server reports a OK after the "GET" but does not deliver any files back to the VCRM.
VCRM needs some additional error checking (check for empty files) and of course HP should not post an empty file.
