Hello

I have a following issue:

I changed hpsim password and all works ok apart from VCA on servers. When i tried to change settings via HP SIM i received error that HP SIM cannot start secure session to agent so i:

- check certificates - OK
- check service - OK (re installation did not work - the same issue)

I then tried to configure it from SMHP but when i am trying to set password there i receive internal server error.

Is there anything else i should check?

Michał

The VCA doesn't use a a service account. It can either use a domain account or a local account on the server hosting the VCRM. I prefer the local account approach I've had less problems using that. I ensure the local account has admin rights on that server.

You may also want to verify you're running the latest version of the VCRM.
