https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/snmp-trap-requirements/m-p/3313298#M3762 Peter,<BR />A couple of things to check:<BR />On the managed servers, verify under the SNMP Properties &gt; Traps tab that the community string matches the string SIM uses to manage the server and that the SIM server is listed as a Trap recipient.<BR />And...the SNMP Trap service uses port 162 for sending traps.
